‍ ‍Welcome to Empathic Empowerment Counseling PLLC

At Empathic Empowerment Counseling, we believe healing happens through real connection.

In a world that can feel overwhelming, fast-paced, and isolating, our team offers a space where you can slow down and show up exactly as you are, without pressure, without judgment, and without needing to have it all figured out.

We work with individuals navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and more. Each of our clinicians brings their own unique perspective and areas of expertise, allowing us to thoughtfully match you with someone who fits your needs.

We built this practice centered on being compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply human. Our clinicians draw from a variety of evidence-based and experiential therapies, including trauma-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness practices, tailoring care to each individual, while always prioritizing the relationship being built with you. We are deeply committed to helping clients access and stay engaged in care; when challenges arise, we strive to go the extra mile for our clients and work collaboratively to identify and navigate barriers whenever possible, ensuring that clients feel supported rather than left to manage these obstacles alone. We are dedicated to fostering a space where everyone feels safe and valued, and we proudly support clients from diverse cultural, racial, and identity backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

We also believe that therapy should be accessible. By accepting a range of insurance plans and offering sliding-scale options when available, we strive to reduce barriers so you can get the support you deserve.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Schedule a session today and let’s take the next step together!
